Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka has said he is ready to sacrifice the top seat again as he “loves Kenya so much”.
Kalonzo said on Wednesday that the opposition must roll up their sleeves, not for show, but to ensure that the country is successful.
“But I also expect similar thing to happen with other leaders in the coalition,” he said.
Kalonzo said they have walked the road of a rigged poll before and will not allow this to happen again.
“This time we mean business. We are in a contest where we shall accept nothing less than a free, fair election,” he told supporters during an opposition rally at Bomas of Kenya in Nairobi on Wednesday.
“The true change that has evaded the country is now here. This change calls for extreme sacrifice.”
